Print and Attach Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
